Try to cook fried mushrooms. Throw them out of the jar in a colander to drain all the liquid. And then send them to the pan. You can fry them literally in a few minutes. A maximum of 10 minutes if there are other ingredients in the dish. And so in 3-5 minutes you have delicious fried mushrooms.
Marinated mushrooms are best fried with onions and seasoned with sour cream. In this case, the taste of vinegar is reduced. Of course, there is more of it in stores than in home canning.
