  • turkey fillet - 400 g;
  • long rice - 1 cup;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • fresh ginger - 30 g;
  • green onion - 1 bunch;
  • oil - 60 g;
  • salt;
  • soy sauce.

How to cook

Heat the water separately. Pour 1 tablespoon of oil into another pan and add the rice. Salt it. Fry the cereal over medium heat. Stir for 1 minute. Then you can pour 1,5 cups of boiling water. Now you need to increase the heat and bring to a boil. Close the pan with a lid and reduce the heat. Continue to cook for 15 minutes, then turn off. It is important not to open the lid at this moment and cover it with a towel. Leave for 10-15 minutes.
