Ingredients:
- 50 ml of milk.
- two chicken eggs.
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
Toppings:
- 1 bell pepper;
- 150 g chicken fillet;
- 1 bulb;
- 50 g of mushrooms;
- 10 g of ginger root;
- garlic clove;
- 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- two tsp soy sauce;
- a bunch of dill.
Making an omelette
- First, peel and chop the onion and mushrooms.
- Cut the fillet and bell pepper into small pieces.
- Place the pan on the heat. Gradually add the pepper, ginger, garlic, and onion to the pan. Cook until al dente.
- In another pan, fry the brisket.
- Add diced pepper, onion, finely chopped garlic and ginger to the meat. After the vegetables are cooked, add the mushrooms. Fry for just a minute or two. Pour in the soy sauce. Bring to a boil and wait until all the soy sauce has evaporated. The filling is ready.
- Preparing the omelet. In a cup, beat the eggs, soy sauce and milk (3-3,5%).
- Pour oil into the pan. Pour the resulting mass into the pan. The omelet is ready.
- Finely chop the dill.
- Spread the finished omelet. Sprinkle with dill. Spread the filling and wrap the omelet.
