  • 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
  • two tsp soy sauce;
  • a bunch of dill.

Making an omelette

  1. First, peel and chop the onion and mushrooms.
  2. Cut the fillet and bell pepper into small pieces.
  3. Place the pan on the heat. Gradually add the pepper, ginger, garlic, and onion to the pan. Cook until al dente.
  4. In another pan, fry the brisket.
  5. Add diced pepper, onion, finely chopped garlic and ginger to the meat. After the vegetables are cooked, add the mushrooms. Fry for just a minute or two. Pour in the soy sauce. Bring to a boil and wait until all the soy sauce has evaporated. The filling is ready.
  6. Preparing the omelet. In a cup, beat the eggs, soy sauce and milk (3-3,5%).
  7. Pour oil into the pan. Pour the resulting mass into the pan. The omelet is ready.
  8. Finely chop the dill.
  9. Spread the finished omelet. Sprinkle with dill. Spread the filling and wrap the omelet.
