
We will tell you how to quickly prepare lazy but lush pies on milk and kefir. The recipe does not require special ingredients, but any products can be used as a filling.

This rather simple dish will appeal to your family and friends and will diversify the home menu.
For this you will need:
- milk, kefir and sour cream 100 ml each;
- vegetable oil - 30 ml;
- yeast - 1 tbsp. L.;
- sugar - 1 teaspoons;
- salt - 0.5 tsp;
- flour - 400 g;
- potatoes - 3 pcs.;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- butter.
How to cook
First, we prepare a simple filling. To do this, we prepare ordinary mashed potatoes from boiled potatoes with butter.
We clean, cut into cubes and fry the onion in a pan, which is then sent to the ready puree. You can also add fresh herbs.
Leave the filling to cool down.
To prepare the dough, you must use products only at room temperature.
First, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk, and mix kefir with sour cream, then add the mixture to the milk.
Here we add vegetable oil and begin to add flour in small portions, sifting it through a sieve.
We mix. The dough should be soft and pliable. Cover it and leave it in a warm place for 1-1,5 hours.
When it's ready, we start sculpting the pies with the filling.
Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until a ruddy crust forms.
Pies can be served to the table with sour cream, melted butter or simply with tea.
