Make them if you're tired of the monotony, especially if you're a cabbage fan. So make a big pile for a large family right away, because the time and ingredients are minimal.
Constituents
● 500 g. white cabbage
● 500 ml of milk
● 3 chicken eggs
● salt, pepper
● vegetable oil
● 200 g flour
Preparation:
1. Cut half a head of cabbage into small pieces and place in a large deep bowl.
2. Add milk or water to the cabbage, and also break 3 chicken eggs completely.
3. Grind well with an immersion blender until a liquid homogeneous mass. Add a teaspoon of salt and 50 ml of vegetable oil to this mass. Beat with a whisk. Add a little flour and pepper to taste and continue beating.
4. Cover the dough with cling film and let it rest for 15 minutes.
5. Grease a frying pan with oil and heat it well. Pour the batter into the pan, covering the bottom of the pan, as when making pancakes.
6. Cook covered for about 2 minutes over low heat until the pancake is golden brown. Turn to the other side and cook covered again for about 1 minute.
7. Fry all the pancakes in this way. The pan needs to be greased with oil each time. You can adjust the thickness of the pancakes – make them thin and lacy, or thicker.
Serve the pancakes warm with sour cream mixed with finely chopped fresh herbs.
Goes great with aromatic herbal tea.
Bon appetit!
