A delicious and hearty pasta casserole with minced meat and cheese in the oven will make it easy and quick enough to feed the whole family for dinner.

Ingredients:


  • Macaroni 250 g
  • Onion 1 pc

Toppings:

  • Vegetable oil - 3-4 tbsp.
  • Minced meat - 300 g.
  • Paprika - tsp.
  • Oregano - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste.
  • Ground black pepper to taste.

Sauce:

  • Chicken egg 3 pcs.
  • Sour cream 10% 3 tbsp.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Paprika 1 tsp.

Additionally:

  • Hard cheese 100 g.

Preparation:

Pour water into the pan, add salt and boil the pasta until cooked. Throw the finished macaroni in a colander.



Pour oil into a heated pan and fry the minced meat for 9-10 minutes.

Add onions cut into small cubes and fry for another 10 minutes.

Season the mince with salt and pepper to taste, pour in the spices, mix, and then remove from the heat.

Break the eggs into a separate bowl. Add sour cream, salt and paprika. We shake everything to a uniform consistency.

Put half of the boiled macaroni in a baking dish and spread it in an even layer. Then we spread all the minced meat, and on top we put the remaining half of the macaroni.



Pour egg sauce over the casserole.
