I prepare this snack in 10 minutes and it is the first to disappear from the table! I take simple ingredients and make this delicacy. Everyone has already praised me!
Ingredients:
Pancakes:
- 4 eggs
- Milk 500 ml.
- Salt 1/4 tsp.
- Vegetable oil 50 ml.
- Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
- A pinch of soda
- Flour 170-190 gr.
Toppings:
- Low-salt red fish 300 gr.
- Mayonnaise 3 st. l.
- Philadelphia cheese 300 gr.
- Italian herbs 1 tsp.
- Parsley 50 gr.
Preparation:
Pancakes:
I add half of the milk, sugar, salt, vegetable oil to the eggs and mix.
I add flour in parts and mix until smooth.
I add the remaining milk. The dough should be quite thin.
Toppings:
I add mayonnaise and Italian herbs to Philadelphia cheese and mix.
I grease the pan with oil only for the first pancake. I fry all the pancakes until golden.
I grease the pancakes completely with the filling, sprinkle with chopped parsley and put a few pieces of fish.
I twist the pancakes.
I cut it in half, put it on a beautiful plate and serve it to the table!
