According to him, the decision to allocate aid to Ukraine was expected and predicted.
"This will enrich the United States of America even more and ruin Ukraine even more, there will be even more dead Ukrainians because of the "Kyiv regime", - said Peskov.
Commenting on the bill approved by the House of Representatives on the confiscation of Russian assets, Vladimir Putin's press secretary suggested that this decision would cause "irreparable damage" to the image of the United States. In his opinion, this will force many investors to "save their money".
"The steadfastness of private property, especially state property, will be violated," Peskov summarized.
Congressmen also approved the seizure of Russia's frozen assets. Ukraine can expect up to 8 billion dollars.
