Ingredients:
- 4-5 ripe avocados
- lime or lemon juice
- 5 cocktail tomatoes or 1 large
- 0,5 red onion
- cilantro greens
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- salt, pepper, hot pepper
- 1 Art. l. olive oil
Wash, peel, cut and salt the avocado. Add lime or lemon juice and mash well. After that, cut the tomatoes and add them to the mashed avocado. Wash and finely chop the cilantro and add to the mixture.
Finely chop the red onion and mix everything together. Put finely grated or smoked garlic, salt, pepper and mix well. Take a piece of bread, spread the guacamole and enjoy.
