A grand jury indicted Alec Baldwin for the involuntary manslaughter of cameraman Galina Hutchins. This is reported by Variety.

According to the newspaper, if the District Court of New Mexico finds him guilty this time, he faces up to 18 months in prison under state law. He had previously been charged in this case, but they were dropped in April 2023.
