The main task of a flight attendant or bus steward is to ensure the comfort of passengers and monitor their compliance with all safety rules. In addition, bus conductors partially perform the function of customs officials: before boarding, they check the presence of documents that give the right to cross the border of another country. In case of problems with a passport or visa, the responsibility for each passenger falls on the carrier in the form of rather large fines - from 3000 euros. Therefore, the bus conductor is a responsible profession and requires special endurance.

The "bus conductor" option in Ukraine on international flights was introduced for the first time by a European company Ecolines. The same company later introduced the "control-service" system. Do you need a flight attendant on domestic flights?
In Ukraine, there are not many carriers that provide a European level of service on domestic flights. Autolyuks is a leader among passenger carriers in Ukraine, and since 2018 it has canceled the "conductor" option on all routes. Many were alarmed by such a decision of the carrier. In the near future, absolutely all Autolux buses will be equipped with coffee machines and multimedia systems. Today, toilets are already installed in our buses, there is a socket under each seat, and free internet is available. As experience shows, boarding of passengers on a flight takes place without any obstacles and does not require the presence of a conductor. Moreover, the journey within the country does not take as much time as international flights, so the passenger most often wants to devote this time to rest and relax."
Reputation is not given on credit!
During 10 years of operation, Autolux has transported several million passengers. During this period, the company was able to gain the reputation of a responsible carrier among passengers. And the fact that the company maintains the cost of its services at the previous level, while increasing the level of service, once again confirms its status.
