For cooking, you need the following components:
- buckwheat groats - 50 g;
- pumpkin - 100 g;
- coconut milk - 30 ml;
- parsley - 5 g;
- almonds - 10 g;
- zira - 1 g;
- salt - to taste.
How to cook
Wash the groats, sift if necessary. Pour cold water in the ratio of 3 parts of water to one part of buckwheat. Put it on the stove to cook.
Meanwhile, prepare the pumpkin. Cut it into cubes. Wait for the buckwheat to boil and cook for 5 minutes. Then put the pumpkin.
When the buckwheat is almost ready, but there is still some water left in it, pour in the coconut milk. Add cumin and salt. Now don't go away from buckwheat. Stir constantly and cook until the cereal is ready.
