- zucchini - 0,5 kg;
- walnuts - 100 g;

How to prepare a snack
Zucchini should be cut into cubes. Transfer them to a bowl and add salt (0,5 tbsp.). Leave to stand for 15 minutes so that the zucchini release their juice. Chop the nuts and greens as well.
Heat a frying pan with a little oil. Drain the juice from the zucchini and fry them. About 5 minutes. Zucchini should become soft. Set the zucchini aside and let them cool slightly.
