How to wipe dried paint from black clothes
The choice of method for removing dried headlights from black clothes depends on the type of paint.
Water-based paint:
Vinegar:
Mix 9% vinegar with cold water in equal proportions.
Dip a cotton pad or rag in the solution and wipe the stain.
Wash the item as usual.
Soda:
Prepare a soda solution (100 ml of warm water + 3 tablespoons of soda).
Apply the solution to the stain using a cotton pad.
Leave for 15-20 minutes, then rub the stain.
Wash the item as usual.
Oil paint:
Turpentine:
Wet a cotton pad with turpentine and wipe the stain.
Apply a mixture of turpentine and baking soda to the stain.
Leave for 30 minutes, then rub the stain.
Wash the item using household soap.
Nitro paint:
Use a solvent intended for nitro paint (for example, white spirit, P-4).
Apply the solvent to a cotton pad and wipe the stain.
It is important to try the solvent first on another part of the fabric (so as not to damage it). and wash the item as usual.
General advice
