Many drivers in Ukraine forget to update their knowledge of traffic rules in their daily activities, which threatens them with trouble on the road and problems with the law. In particular, some motorists do not even know that from April 27 new identification signs appear.
Last fall, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted Resolution No. 1128, which changed the traffic rules in terms of informing road users about the movement of vehicles driven by a person who is learning to drive and does not have a driver's license. If earlier such cars were marked with a triangular sign with the letter "U" in the center and a red edging, now they should be marked with a similar sign with the letter "H", "Your car" says.
Such changes, as the CMU explained, are dictated by the fact that the Ukrainian language does not have the word "educational", but there is the word "educational". It is important to understand that such a car must always have a qualified instructor who monitors the student's actions.
