To prepare "Tsar's Fingers" you will need:

  • Minced chicken - 1 kilogram
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
  • Corn flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Wheat flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Spices - 2 teaspoons
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Butter - 200 grams
  • Hard cheese - 100 grams
  • Baking powder - 1/3 teaspoon
  • Dill - to taste
  • Mayonnaise - to taste
  • Vegetable oil - for frying

To start, add spices, salt, pepper, two spoons of mayonnaise and onion chopped in a blender to the minced chicken. Grate a piece of hard cheese on a fine grater and cut the butter into cubes. Finely chop the greens.



Next, form a cake from the minced chicken, rolling it out on cling film. The cake should be as thin as possible. Dip a piece of butter in finely chopped dill, put it in the center of the cake and twist the "finger" with a film and roll it in flour.
