Ojadokon is a Japanese version of an omelet. With rice and chicken, it is much more nutritious than just plain eggs. We suggest you try this delicious dish.
Ingredients
You need the following:
- fillet - 300 g;
- onion - 1 pcs.;
- rice - 0,5 cup;
- eggs - 3 pcs.;
- soy sauce - 6 tbsp.;
- sugar - 2 tablespoons;
- green onion - 20 g.
How to cook
The onion is cleaned and cut into thin half rings. Put the pan on the fire (medium), heat it up and pour in the soy sauce. Then put the onion and sprinkle it with sugar. Stir occasionally to blend the flavors. Fry for 2 minutes.
Cut the fillet into pieces. Put them in the pan next to the onions. Simmer for a few minutes to cook.
Beat the eggs in a bowl and pour over the chicken. Cover and cook for 4 minutes. Chop the green onion and sprinkle it over the finished omelette.
It is served with boiled rice. The dish should be hot. Bon appetit!
