What you need for cooking:

  • flour - 400 g;
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon;
  • sugar - 100 g;
  • fatty sour cream - 150 g;
  • egg yolks - 2 pcs.;
  • apples - 6 pcs.

How to cook

The first thing to do is sift the flour, add salt (a pinch), baking powder. After that, rub cold butter into the flour.

Grind the resulting mass with your hands into crumbs and add sugar, then sour cream and egg yolks and knead a soft dough.



We send the resulting dough to the refrigerator for 1 hour. During this time, peel the apples, remove the core, and then cut them into several pieces.
