Prepare khachapuri soup for breakfast or lunch in a hurry. Incredibly tasty, and most importantly, it is very quick to cook.

Ingredients:


  • 1 cup of kefir
  • 2 Art. spoons of oil
  • pinch of salt
  • a pinch of sugar
  • 0,5 hours. L. soda
  • 300 g flour

For the filling:

  • 150 sour milk cheese
  • 150 g of suluguni
  • dill/parsley/cilantro

Preparation

Pour kefir into a bowl, add salt, sugar and oil. Mix flour with soda, add to kefir and knead a soft dough.

Put it to rest a little while you prepare the filling. Grate the cheese, chop the greens into small pieces and mix everything with sour milk cheese. Divide the dough into 4 parts. Make a ball from each part and roll it out thinly. Place the filling in the center of the dough.



Pull the edges to the center and seal. Sprinkle with flour and roll into a thin cake with a diameter of 20-24 cm. Heat a pan with oil and put the khachapuri. Fry on both sides under the lid. Bon appetit!
