The American military repelled another Yemeni Houthi attack on ships in the Red Sea, destroying several drones and a missile.
The Central Command of the US Armed Forces (CENTCOM) reported this on the X social network, Ukrinform reports.
According to the military, on the morning of April 24, a coalition ship successfully hit one anti-ship ballistic missile launched from Houthi-controlled areas in Yemen over the Gulf of Aden.
"The missile is believed to have targeted the US-flagged MV Yorktown, with 18 American and four Greek crew members. There were no reports of injuries or damage," the message reads.
Later, the military successfully hit and destroyed four Houthi drones launched from areas under their control in Yemen.
