Renault will soon introduce its new hybrid crossover, the Renault Symbioz, to the world, designed with ambitious plans to not only match, but surpass the likes of the SEAT Ateca and Suzuki S-Cross. The official presentation is scheduled for next Thursday, May 2, 2024, which makes this event one of the most anticipated in the automotive industry.

Renault Symbioz, a compact crossover, will be produced at the group's Spanish plant in Valladolid, which already produces the Renault Captur. Both cars share the CMF-B platform, which provides the new Symbioz not only with modern technological solutions, but also with efficient production.

The novelty will receive a name that has already become popular among fans of the brand - Symbioz and will be available exclusively in a hybrid version with E-Tech Full Hybrid technology. This means that the Symbioz will be a self-charging vehicle (HEV), which will allow it to receive the ECO label, facilitating access to mobility in cities with emission restrictions.

Apparently, Renault wants to strengthen its position in the electric car market by offering a product that will occupy an intermediate position between the already well-known Captur and Austral models. Thus, the Renault Symbioz will be a key element in the French automaker's hybrid lineup, demonstrating the company's commitment to innovation and sustainable development.

The presentation of the new car will take place online, and soon after it, pre-orders will be accepted. The first cars are expected to hit showrooms by the end of this year, making the upcoming release one of the big events for Renault this year.
