The military court found 19-year-old Oleksandr Snizhkov and 16-year-old Lyubov Lizunova guilty at once on several counts. Snizhkov was sentenced to six years in prison, and Lizunova, a minor, to 3,5 years. The third person involved in the case - Vladyslav Vyshnevskyi - was sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor.

It is reported that Lizunova and Snizhkov wrote "Death to the Regime!" in one of the Chita garage cooperatives. At first, they were under a restraining order, but after Rosfinmonitoring added them to the list of "terrorists and extremists", they were sent to the pre-trial detention center.

Initially, the young man and the girl were accused of "vandalism motivated by political hatred", and later, after studying their posts on social networks, "endorsing terrorism" and "calling for extremist activities" were added to the charges.
