How can you save as much as possible in preparing dinner? You can use young zucchini and a pan. The dish is inexpensive, but very tasty. This is the recipe we prepared today.


To prepare such a recipe, we will need:

  • Young zucchini - 1 piece
  • Wheat flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Dill - to taste
  • Garlic - to taste

First you need to prepare the necessary ingredients. For this recipe, it is best to use the youngest fruits that have a thin skin. Older and bigger ones can be tough so they are not for us right now. We thoroughly wash and dry the fruits, moisture should not remain on them. Since the zucchini is still very young, it is not necessary to peel it and remove the part with seeds.



Next, cut it into round layers about a centimeter wide. Salt them on all sides. Now we dip it in flour, then we shake off the excess, because it can burn on the fire, and this will spoil the appearance and give an unpleasant bitterness to the finished dish. You can also put flour in a bag, put chopped zucchini in it and shake it.

Let's go to frying. Pour oil into the pan so that it covers the bottom and heat it over medium heat. We put our zucchini blanks in it, but not very tightly. Fry them for 2-3 minutes on both sides. A golden crust should appear in the process.



When they are ready, transfer the zucchini to a plate. Now you can add chopped dill and garlic on top. Sour cream sauce goes well with this dish. You also need to add greens to it, then salt to taste. Mix and everything is ready to serve. Before cooking each subsequent batch, you need to add more oil, because this vegetable absorbs it very well when it is fried.
