  • Sour cream - 3 tablespoons

  • Raisins - to taste
  • Sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla sugar - 1 tablespoon

To begin with, the raisins should be soaked so that they become soft. You need to mash the cheese with a fork and add beaten eggs, salt, sour cream, semolina, sugar, vanilla sugar for flavor and raisins to taste.
