Ingredients:
- 1 cauliflower
- 50 ml olive olive oil
- dried garlic
- breadcrumbs
- 4 cloves of garlic
- oregano
- paprika
- Parmesan
- pepper
- salt
Preparation:
Wash the cabbage, remove the leaves, cut off the stem. Boil in salted water without separating into florets. Meanwhile, take a bowl and mix olive oil, squeezed garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, oregano in it. Mix breadcrumbs with dried garlic.
Brush the cabbage with oil with spices and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top. Put in the oven to bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top of the finished cabbage. Bon appetit!
