Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is demanding that officials at all levels force Russians to have children. The corresponding statement was made in his address to the participants of the Annual All-Russian Demographic Conference.

All levels of the Russian government should be involved in solving the task of improving the demographic situation in Russia, the president of the aggressor country said. "It is important to raise the younger generation in the spirit of the values of a large, large, friendly family," he said.

According to the dictator, having many children should become one of the key conditions for "sure development of the state and moral well-being of society." He added that, in addition to officials, to improve the demographic situation in the Russian Federation, civil society institutions, mass media, as well as "projects in various fields" should be connected to the improvement of the demographic situation in the Russian Federation - from health care and education to economy and culture.

Previously, the Russians tried to stop the natural decrease in the population of the aggressor country - it cost 4 trillion rubles, but the decrease in population only accelerated. In 2018-23, Russia lost 3,4 million people as a result of the death rate exceeding the birth rate.

By the end of 2023, according to Rosstat data, 1,264 million children were born in Russia, which was the lowest since 1999. Compared to 2014, the birth rate decreased by more than a third.

It will be recalled that Russians are proposed to be evicted from megacities to small settlements with low-rise buildings. In this way, Russian experts want to solve the demographic problem and increase the birth rate. In their opinion, the increase in the number of large families is hindered by cities. He stated that there is a shortage of "square meters per person" due to dense construction.
