- 4 pieces of chicken breast with a total weight of approximately 600 g
- Flour 6 tablespoons
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Ground pepper 1/2 teaspoon
- Sunflower oil for frying

For the sauce:
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Honey 1,5-2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce 50 ml
- Water 150 ml
- Butter 25 g
First of all, cut off the excess (film, fat, etc.) meat, and then cut each breast from the side where the skin was, not completely with a knife in the form of small diamonds.
On a flat plate, make breading by mixing sifted flour with salt and pepper.
