If you have fruit and yogurt, you can easily prepare a healthy fruit-yogurt dessert that both children and adults will enjoy. It is very easy to prepare!
Ingredients:
your favorite fruit
agar-agar - 1 tablespoon (9 grams)
milk - 3/4 cup (175 grams)
yogurt - 5/4 cup (350 grams)
sugar - 1/2 cup (100 grams).
How to cook:
1. Wash the fruits, cut them into small beautiful pieces.
This recipe used a combination of tangerine, grapes, mango and strawberries. You can use any other fruit you like.
It is enough to cut grapes and strawberries in half.
Cut tangerines crosswise for beauty.
2. Choose the appropriate shape and lay out all the cut fruits in random order. This is a creative part, you can freely show your imagination, there can be no mistakes here.
The diameter of the form is 15-18 cm.
3. Pour agar-agar and sugar into a pan. Mix them up. Add 50 ml of water (1/4 cup) and mix again. Then add milk and mix.
Put the pan on a slow fire. Stirring constantly, cook until the mixture becomes the consistency of sour cream.
Add yogurt to the pan, mix and cook for another two minutes.
Add the remaining chopped fruit to the pot.
4. Using a ladle, pour the fruit-yogurt mixture from the pan into the baking dish.
Put in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
5. To carefully remove the hardened cake, run a knife along the walls of the mold or immerse the jelly mold in hot water for literally 30 seconds.
Then turn the mold over.
