  • 2 carrots, cut into pieces;
  • 2 stalks of celery, cut into pieces;

  • 2 sprigs of rosemary;
  • 2 bay leaves;

Recipe for homemade bouillon cubes

In a large pot, mix all the ingredients together: water, carrots, celery, onion, parsley, thyme, rosemary, bay leaves, pepper and salt. Bring the blended mixture to a boil over medium heat. Once the broth is boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10-12 minutes to infuse all the flavors. After that, filter the broth, removing all the vegetables and herbs.
