Pies are a dish that is prepared at different times of the year. But the fillings are somewhat different. In the spring, for example, pies with herbs are often baked, adding them to sour milk cheese or eggs. And even mixing everything together. Sometimes it happens that the filling does not stick together, and this creates inconvenience when forming pies.
Most often, the filling falls apart when it contains dry ingredients: dill, green onion, boiled egg. It is a little better if sour milk cheese is added, but it should also be well squeezed, even dry.
To make the filling easy to take with a spoon and not fall apart, you should add 1-2 raw eggs. The situation will change immediately: such pies are easy to fill, and when they are fried, the filling will be tastier and juicier!
