Russia is already producing more weapons than it needs for the war against Ukraine and is replenishing its military stockpiles. This was stated by German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius, N-TV reports.
The minister emphasizes that with the increase in spending on armaments and the formation of the Russian economy on "military lines", a significant part of what is produced no longer goes to the front, but ends up in warehouses.
Pistorius believes that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin may have plans for further escalations.
"You can be naive and say he's just being careful. As a skeptical person, I would say in this case that he is doing it because he has plans, or something could be,” added the German Minister of Defense
