The "Snail" pie is very tasty, it can be prepared quickly from ready-made filo dough. You can take it with you on a picnic or for a snack.

Ingredients:

  • 6-7 sheets of filo dough
  • 100 g of Mozzarella cheese
  • 200 g of sour milk cheese
  • olive oil
  • sesame seeds if desired
  • parsley
  • egg
  • dill

Preparation:


In a bowl, mash the cheese with a fork, add finely chopped dill greens and grated Mozzarella cheese. Add salt and mix well. Grease each sheet of dough with oil or melted butter. Put the filling on a greased sheet and roll it into a roll.
