Zelensky gave an interview Fox News, in which he said several important things. In particular, about the fact that for the sake of the common European good, the Russian Federation must be driven back to its territory.
- If we need real security, not in words, but real, strong security in Europe, including Ukraine as part of Europe - I am talking about Europe, about geopolitical security, not only about the European Union - if we really want it to be strong, for many days and years - for tens of years, in order for security to exist in the future of our region, we must push Russia to its territory, Zelenskyy said.
Zelenskyi was also asked whether Ukraine would win the war against Russia, and whether he is still convinced of this.
- We must win. We have no alternative, - answered the president. - I don't know what this victory will be like. I don't know the specific day. I don't know exactly how that will happen. I don't know if everyone will be happy that day, I'm not sure - because of the loss, as I said. But I know we have no alternative. That's why we have to win. And we will win, said Zelensky.
