A hospital patient born in 1970 received shrapnel wounds.
As a result of the shelling, the building of the medical facility, which was not in use, the food block and the building, in which 60 patients and five hospital employees were at the time of the arrival, were damaged. Patients from gutted premises were transferred to other buildings.
In total, there were 900 patients and 250 hospital employees on the territory of the hospital.
The Russians fired at the medical facility with S-300 air defense systems. Huge gashes formed at the site of the hits.
Investigators opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
