You need the following:
- carrots - 200 g;
- onion - 1 pcs.;
- soy sauce - 2 tbsp.;
- water - 2 tablespoon;
- coriander, turmeric, cumin - 1 tsp;
- lemon juice - 0,5 tsp;
- garlic - 2 cloves.
How to cook
We start by cleaning the ingredients. Now they need to be crushed. Grate the carrot, and cut the onion and garlic into small pieces.
Heat the pan and put the spices. They should be lightly fried. Then add onion, garlic and cook until golden. Put carrots and stew until soft.
Turn off the pan to let the ingredients cool down a bit. Then pour soy sauce, water and lemon juice. Mix everything. And now you can beat with a blender. This carrot paste is served cold. Bon appetit!
