You can buy ready-made poppy filling, but if you don't want to buy it, then you need to grind the poppy seeds in a coffee grinder. Take a saucepan, pour milk, add ground poppy seeds and sugar. Put on the stove, bring to a boil and cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring.



Preparation of the dough:

Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add butter and sour cream, beat and add sifted flour. Mix thoroughly and add milk, then mix the dough again.
