Such potato sticks turn out delicious, they are good to eat with hot soup, but also simply with sauce, as a separate dish, they will be wonderful. Potato sticks are prepared quite easily and from available ingredients.
Ingredients:
- Potatoes 750 r.
- A pinch of black pepper
- Paprika 1/2 tsp
- Corn starch 110 g.
- Salt 1 tsp
- Dill or parsley
- Dried garlic 1 tsp
- Hard cheese 100 g.
- Spices for potatoes 1/2 tsp
- Vegetable oil 20 ml.
Preparation:
1. First of all, wash, clean and boil the potatoes in slightly salted water until fully cooked.
2. Boiled potatoes should be mashed with a pestle.
3. Chop the greens, rub the cheese on a large grater.
4. Add potato spices, salt, ground black pepper and dried garlic to the mashed potatoes.
5. Pour grated cheese and chopped greens. We mix.
6. Then pour cornstarch and mix again. The result should be a soft dough.
7. Take the potato mass with a tablespoon and make a flagellum. If necessary, sprinkle with flour. We spread them on a sheet covered with baking paper.
8. Mix the paprika with odorless oil, grease the potato sticks. It is more convenient to do this with a brush.
9. We put it in a preheated oven on the middle level and bake it until ready for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
10. Serve the potato sticks hot as a snack or as an addition to the first course.
