Ingredients
You need the following products:
- carrot - 3 pc.;
- potato - 3 pc.;
- processed cheese - 200 g;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- salt, pepper, spices.
How to cook
Put the water on the fire. Approximately 1,5 liters. Adjust the amount of liquid at your own discretion. Let it boil. Then throw in the chopped potatoes and 1,5 carrots. Let it cook on slow fire. Add salt, add your favorite spices.
Grate the rest of the carrots and fry in a pan together with chopped garlic. Put in the soup. Puree with a blender. The next step is to spread the cheese. Stir the soup so that it melts evenly.
