The FSB announced the detention and arrest of two employees of a private transport security organization who hid dummy explosive devices under bridges. This was reported by the Russian pro-government news agency Interfax.
The group allegedly included managers and employees of private organizations that provide services to ensure transport safety at critical road infrastructure facilities of a number of subjects of the Russian Federation.
"The extras made and placed three dummy improvised explosive devices under the supports of two road bridges over the Tvertsia River, then reported on an act of terrorism that was being prepared," the message reads.
