It is not only about emotional feelings, but also about simple physical action. Another attempt to understand all the nuances of this phenomenon is based on 138 studies since the 1970s, including data analysis of more than 10 people.

Scientists have proven the influence of facial expression on the emotions experienced by a person. Namely: a smile can affect our mood in a positive way, and our own angry look, on the contrary, makes us feel angrier.
