Ingredients
You need the following:
- dry milk - 200 g;
- oil - 100 g;
- sugar - 200 g;
- banana - 400 g;
- dried apricots - 50 g;
- raisins - 50 g;
- almonds - 50 g.
How to cook
Dissolve sugar in water in a saucepan. It should be medium heat. Finely chop the bananas and add to the pan. Cook for 30 minutes. Chop dried apricots, raisins and almonds. Bananas should become a homogeneous mass, then put the rest of the prepared ingredients
Add milk powder in portions and mix. Melt the butter, then pour it into the mass. Mix thoroughly.
Now the mixture should be poured into a mold, covered with cling film and put in the freezer for an hour. Cut the finished burfi into pieces like candy. Bon appetit!
