Meet, this is Tobi. He was born in 2016.
He lives in Glasgow, Scotland, with his 32-year-old mistress, Felicity Lamb.
Every walk Toby must end with a bath, because the dog cannot pass by any puddles - he loves to bathe.
The hostess keeps a pet's Instagram, in which she publishes the dog's daily swims. 43 people subscribed to the profile.
"Sometimes washing up after a walk takes longer than the walk itself!" Felicity admits.
