Serious warming is expected in Ukraine. The temperature will rise gradually over the coming days and will eventually cross the +20° mark, and in some areas the air will warm up to a summery +24°.
Nataliya Ptukha, forecaster of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, told about this in a comment to NV.
According to her, in the afternoon of March 27, there may be light rain in places in the eastern regions. On March 28, precipitation is expected in Zakarpattia and Prykarpattia. At the same time, the rest of the territory will have dry and calm weather, and a significant warming up to +10°...+17° is expected already in the afternoon in most regions.

Also, according to her forecast, on March 29, there will be light rain in most of the eastern regions, and wet snow is likely in the Carpathian highlands. In the east of the country, precipitation will continue on March 30.
On March 30, almost all over the country, the air will warm up to +16...+22. It will be especially warm in the west of Ukraine, where the temperature will jump up to +24 degrees in some places.
According to the forecaster, such warm weather will continue on April 1, but new atmospheric fronts will arrive from the 2nd. They will bring rain and a certain drop in temperature. but, according to Ptukha, there will be no sharp cooling - positive temperature values will remain both during the day and at night.
