The Czech Republic purchases ammunition for Ukraine
20 countries joined the Czech initiative to find and purchase artillery ammunition for Ukraine.
The Czech government allocated additional funds for the purchase of ammunition for Ukraine. This was reported by the Prime Minister of the country Petr Fiala, reports České noviny.
The head of the Czech government did not name the size of the sum approved by government officials on Wednesday, March 27.
Fiala only noted that 20 countries have joined the initiative. According to him, the country's munitions initiative is already bearing fruit and influencing the military operations in Ukraine.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic assured that the amount of artillery ammunition that can be transferred to Ukraine is not limited.
