Delicious and simple chicken rolls with mushrooms, olives and cheese

Today we offer you to prepare a masterpiece dinner from completely available ingredients. Such chicken rolls are perfect both for a festive table and for everyday meals. As for the garnish, they can be supplemented with boiled vegetables or mashed potatoes.


Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet - 350 g.
  • Mushrooms - 100 g.
  • Hard cheese - 50 g.
  • Stoneless olives - 50 g.
  • Onions - 1 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise sauce - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Garlic - 1 clove.
  • Sunflower oil - for frying.
  • Spices and seasonings - to taste.

Preparation:

First of all, you need to clean and finely chop the onion. Mushrooms can be cut arbitrarily. Heat the oil in a frying pan and alternately place the onions and mushrooms for frying.



Hard cheese should be grated, and olives should be cut into circles.

Transfer the fried mushrooms with onions, cheese and olives to a deep bowl. Add the garlic passed through the press here and mix.

Chicken fillet should be cut into thin pieces, like chops. Lightly pound the meat, season with salt and spices to your taste.
