Hungary will call on foreign politicians to refrain from any statements and actions that could contribute to escalation.
The words of some Western politicians about the possible introduction of NATO troops into the territory of Ukraine are bringing the world closer to the Third World War. On Tuesday, March 26, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Hungary, Peter Szijarto, stated this in an interview with the Russian propaganda agency TASS.
"In such a critical situation, not only actions, but also words are of great importance. Therefore, when it comes to the possibility of introducing troops into Ukraine on behalf of some NATO member countries, it is really dangerous, because we do not want to face the threat. The terrible risk of the start of the Third World War is approaching," said Sijarto.
The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Hungary emphasized that his country will call on foreign politicians to refrain from any statements and actions that may contribute to escalation on the territory of Ukraine.
"I think there are more and more people in Europe - and when I say 'people' I don't equate political leaders - who are starting to rationalize this problem and more and more people are inclined to oppose action which increase the risk of escalation," he added.
