Optimization of service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs continues. As of March 26, Kharkiv, Poltava, and Sumy regions are merging into a single regional unit. This was reported on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
As noted, it is possible to obtain services for the exchange of a driver's license, registration and re-registration of cars at any service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the three regions. Citizens will be able to take theoretical or practical exams in two service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kharkiv region, three in Poltava and three in Sumy regions.
In particular, the following service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will provide examination services:
Kharkiv region:

Service at service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs takes place by prior e-recording: the theoretical exam is 14 days in advance, and the practical exam is 21 days in advance. In addition, the recording is also available through a terminal in the premises of service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Coupons are generated in it on the day of application and for 3 days ahead.
