A very tasty and easy-to-prepare cake made from the most affordable products! Chocolate cake "Vyruchaika" turns out tender, moist - a piece literally melts in the mouth! No scales or a mixer - everything is very simple. The active cooking process took me only 20 minutes + time for baking, of course.


Ingredients:

Sponge cake:

A glass of 250 ml

  • Kefir - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Wheat flour - 1 cup
  • Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Cocoa powder - 3 tablespoons
  • Baking soda - 1 teaspoon

Cream:

  • Lemon juice - 1 lemon (small)
  • Sour cream - 400 grams (20-25% fat)
  • Condensed milk - 350 grams

Preparation:

Beat the eggs in a cup, add salt and sugar and mix with a whisk.





Add kefir, oil and mix.

Sift flour with cocoa powder and soda, mix everything well.

Cover a 20 cm form with parchment and pour chocolate dough. Bake for 30-35 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Pour condensed milk, lemon juice into a bowl and mix well.

Spread the sour cream and mix.
