Today we will prepare the famous Bavarian dessert, which is not cheap in restaurants. Its price is due to its amazingly delicate texture and rich palette of taste. However, the recipe for the Bavarian dessert is extremely simple: it can be easily made at home with store-bought sour cream, milk and eggs.


For cooking you need:

  • 300 grams of milk,
  • 3 egg yolks,
  • pinch of salt
  • 25 grams of instant gelatin and 100 grams of water
  • 3 p. l. sugar,
  • 400 grams of sour cream,
  • 10 grams of vanilla sugar.

Preparation:

Pour gelatin with water and leave it to swell for a few minutes. Mix sugar, egg yolks, salt and milk in a saucepan, heat over low heat until thickened, stirring. But do not bring to a boil.



Now add vanilla sugar and gelatin, mix. Add sour cream and mix again. Remove the mixture from the heat.

We transfer the mixture into a form (it is very convenient to take an ordinary milk box) and put it in the refrigerator for 6 hours until it is completely stabilized.

Carefully remove the dessert from the box. It turns out a rather beautiful and fragrant "bar", which can be sprinkled with coconut shavings or grated chocolate before serving. This is an incredibly light and delicate dessert! Bon appetit!
