US President Joe Biden said during his speech to voters that the United States could protect Ukraine from Russian dictator Vladimir Putin. In his speech, the American leader called the president of the Russian Federation a "butcher". Biden's speech was published on the White House website.


Speaking to voters in the state of North Carolina, Biden highlighted an initiative to increase the income tax for high earners from 8,2% to 25%. According to him, this will allow raising up to 400 billion dollars over the next 10 years.
